One example of our engineering is the use of an AC induction motor instead of the noisy universal type motors with carbon brushes used by the competition. The AC induction motor offers double the service life of a universal type motor, with the added bonus of a quieter and smoother operation.
We did not forget convenience, either. Our saws provide 9 positive stops for all the most popular miter angles, and fast, easy bevel adjustment.
Every feature comes together to provide exact, clean cuts with a variety of sizes and materials. Ideal for quick and easy cutting of hardwoods, veneer, fiberboard and plastic as well as aluminum sash and siding.
The optional Mechanical Motor Brake gives solid, reliable stopping within 2-3 seconds. This brake is much quicker, more positive and more durable than unreliable electronic motor brakes.
